Today the jury of the Fourth International Composition Competition “Sinfonietta per Sinfonietta” held under the honorary patronage of prof. Krzysztof Penderecki decided to name The Tale of Prince Ivanovich, Xavier’s double concerto for violin, cello and string orchestra the winning composition.

The premiere and subsequent award ceremony will be held at The Sukiennice (MNK Branch) on Kraków’s main square on 22 June 2018 at 5 PM. Soloists Maciej Lulek (violin) and Marcin Mączyński (violoncello) will be accompanied by the Sinfonietta Cracovia under the baton of Jurek Dybał.
