On 6 October at 14:30 in the “Refter” of the Fontys Conservatory in Tilburg, The Cool Carillon will have its world premiere. The composition will be played by carillonneur Carl van Eyndhoven on the carillon of the Heikese Kerk, located across the conservatory. Live video will be fed to the Refter while Van Eyndhoven is playing the composition.

Xavier’s composition will be part of a programme with many other composers, including other students from Fontys. Each will have their newly written work performed for the first time.
