On 21 February in Haarlem and 22/23 February in Amsterdam, Xavier’s arrangement of Duke Ellington’s jazz standard Sophisticated Lady (2024), a commission by the Netherlands Philharmonic Orchestra, was performed and recorded under the musical guidance of the young Bulgarian conductor Delyana Lazarova who currently holds the position of Principal Guest Conductor at the Utah Symphony Orchestra as well as the BBC Scottish Symphony Orchestra.

The live registration of the 22 February concert from the Concertgebouw in Amsterdam can now be listened to on YouTube in audio only format.
